• Infectious Triggers Panel

  • Includes a strep throat culture, ASO and Anti-DNase B titers (for PANDAS), and serologies for other common triggers like Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV), and Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV). In a Lyme-endemic area like Minnesota, testing for tick-borne illnesses is also considered.

  • We assess quantitative immunoglobulins (IgG, IgA, IgM) with subclasses to check for underlying immunodeficiencies. We also screen for autoimmune markers like Antinuclear Antibodies (ANA) and anti-thyroid antibodies to understand the degree of immune dysregulation.
